Senior Facets Consultant
Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of complex Facets solutions, the full-time Senior Facets Technical Consultant will work in a hybrid environment to optimize healthcare payer operations and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end Facets technical solutions across claims, membership, eligibility, enrollment, and billing functions
- Analyze existing Facets environments to identify improvement opportunities and develop enhancement strategies
- Guide development teams in implementing Facets customizations and oversee testing activities to ensure solution quality
Required qualifications
- 13+ years of experience in product consulting or technology consulting roles supporting enterprise healthcare platforms
- Deep expertise with Facets configuration, customization, integrations, and production support
- Strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including claims adjudication and billing processes
- Experience in gathering requirements and translating business objectives into technical designs
- Proven ability to lead complex healthcare technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders
