Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Facets Product Specialist will design, configure, and optimize Facets Provider and Core Facets solutions to enhance healthcare payer operations and improve member outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and optimize Facets modules to support provider management and healthcare workflows
- Translate provider and claims requirements into scalable Facets configurations and enhancements
- Lead testing activities and provide advanced production support to ensure system stability and user satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience with configuring and optimizing Facets Core solutions in healthcare payer environments
- Extensive knowledge of Facets Provider modules, claims processing, and benefits administration
- Proven ability to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Facets configurations
- Experience in supporting production environments and conducting root cause analysis
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
