Senior Facilities Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and highly organized Senior Facilities Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the operational leadership of facilities across a growing multi-state portfolio, focusing on new site development, vendor performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of scalable facilities operations strategies and policies
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee service delivery for various facilities services
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, construction management, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of seven years of experience in facilities or multi-site operations, with at least three years in a leadership role
• Professional certification such as PMP, CFM, or LEED preferred
• Proven track record of building and scaling facilities functions in high-growth environments
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and cost management skills
