Job Summary
Dedicated to driving customer adoption and maximizing value from Teleport products, the full-time Senior Field Engineer will design solution architecture, deploy and configure Teleport in customer environments, and provide technical support while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement solution architecture for Teleport in customer environments
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical issues, providing triage and troubleshooting support
- Develop and deliver customized training programs to promote the adoption of Teleport solutions
Required qualifications
- BSc or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing software onboarding, solution architecting, or system administration roles
- Hands-on experience with major public cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Linux administration skills
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes, with prior hands-on experience and certifications (CKA or CKAD) preferred
- Demonstrable experience with security principles and technologies such as SSH, PKI, 2FA, SSO, and RBAC
