Senior Field Service Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Field Service Proposal Engineer will create and modify technical and commercial proposals based on customer specifications, collaborating with business development and application engineering teams to ensure comprehensive bid preparation and project handover.
Key responsibilities
- Create technical and commercial field service proposals focused on complex modifications and long-term service agreements
- Review and mark-up customer technical specifications while coordinating proposal document preparation
- Support sales managers during negotiations and track opportunities using Siemens CRM tools
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of engineering, project management, or field service experience in transmission and/or distribution products
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, writing, and presentation skills
- A history of measurable goal-driven success in a multicultural team environment
- Preferred experience with medium voltage switchgear and review of detailed specifications
- Familiarity with Sieops (Salesforce) is advantageous
