Senior Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as the dedicated finance lead for BridgeCare, the full-time Senior Finance Analyst will manage placement tracking, P&L creation, and forecasting while partnering with business development to support strategic planning and growth in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Tracks placement volume and margin analysis, monitoring bill and pay rate spreads to identify pricing opportunities
- Builds and maintains monthly P&L reports, preparing financial reviews for leadership and reconciling data against source placements
- Owns revenue and placement forecasting, updating projections based on pipeline activity and collaborating on strategic planning initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- 3+ years in FP&A, staffing finance, or a related analytical role
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT for analysis and reporting automation
