Job Summary
Partnering with Finance stakeholders, the full-time Senior Finance Analyst will modernize finance processes by analyzing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering practical data solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Map processes and gather requirements to translate business needs into solution designs
- Analyze and redesign workflows, recommending practical automation and simplification strategies
- Develop and support solutions such as automated workflows, dashboards, and data transformations
Required qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in business process analysis, redesign, or automation
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
- Experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms and enterprise analytics tools
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support process change through training and adoption
