Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

To support financial governance and operational efficiency, the remote or hybrid Senior Finance Analyst will oversee cost management, ensure compliance, and deliver accurate financial reporting while partnering with stakeholders to drive informed business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to develop annual budgets and monthly forecasts aligned with business objectives
• Analyze expenses, identify variances, and provide actionable insights to leadership
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Nestl Accounting Standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Oracle and SAP ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and business applications
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP and IFRS)
