Senior Finance Analyst
Job Summary
As a remote Senior Finance Analyst, the successful candidate will manage financial planning and forecasting for the VMS portfolio across Europe, AOA, and LatAm, collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights that drive business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product innovation initiatives through financial modeling and P&L scenario analysis
- Manage the full P&L budget in partnership with Sales and Marketing, including budget reviews and monthly forecasts
- Collaborate with Finance Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify and implement cost optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 3-4 years of experience in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and/or Accounting
- Experience within a consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing environment preferred
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of product profitability drivers and P&L performance
