Senior Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Financial Planning team, the full-time remote Senior Finance Analyst will optimize the StrataJazz Financial Planning & Analytics platform while developing, maintaining, and analyzing financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytical tools for Finance and operational leadership
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for the StrataJazz FP&A platform, managing system support and user training
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, information systems, data analytics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in the healthcare sector
• Experience with financial reporting and analytics tools, particularly in a healthcare context
• Familiarity with the StrataJazz platform or similar financial planning and analytics systems is preferred
