Job Summary
Leading the Finance Analytics function, the remote Senior Finance Analytics Manager will own financial forecasting methodologies, manage annual operating plans, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership while driving cross-functional collaboration and team development.
Key responsibilities
- Own the financial forecast methodology and annual operating plan, linking growth ambitions to cash and capital needs
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership, providing analytical insights for decision-making and performance management
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and elevate team capabilities through innovative AI-driven approaches
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, consulting, or corporate development
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and financial modeling; familiarity with dbt, Snowflake, Python, and BI tools is a plus
- Experience synthesizing complex analyses into executive-level materials, preferably in Insurtech, fintech, or financial services
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor senior analysts
- Passion for leveraging AI tools to enhance operational efficiency
