Job Summary
To support the financial operations of healthcare clients, the remote Senior Finance Associate will develop expertise in net revenue drivers, assist with month-end close processes, and analyze financial data while mentoring team members.
Key responsibilities
- Support the monthly net revenue close process by analyzing financial results and ensuring accurate reporting
- Analyze complex financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities affecting net revenue
- Manage multiple client engagements and special projects, providing actionable recommendations and mentoring junior team members
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years in a consulting organization or health system environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required
- CPA license preferred but not required
- Strong analytical skills with experience in complex financial data sets
- Understanding of Healthcare financial accounting and reporting preferred
