Senior Finance Change Analyst
Job Summary
Driving transformation across critical Finance initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Finance Change and Enablement Analyst will develop change management strategies to enhance user adoption and achieve business outcomes while collaborating with various teams and advising senior leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Identify impacted audiences through stakeholder analysis and impact assessments to define personas and areas of resistance
- Partner with business owners and SMEs to create user-focused training and enablement materials that support readiness and adoption
- Develop and manage change plans, including the execution of communications and training, while identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for success
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of change management experience leading large-scale transformations in Finance organizations
- Proven ability to influence and drive change without direct authority
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including experience in building executive-level presentations
- Consultative approach with the ability to analyze current processes and envision improvements
- Experience in the enterprise software industry (SaaS and B2B) is preferred
