Job Summary
Providing strategic financial leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Senior Finance Director will serve as a senior financial advisor and fractional CFO-level resource, focusing on enhancing financial performance, budgeting, and long-term sustainability in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic financial advisor to executive leadership, offering CFO-level guidance on financial performance and organizational priorities
- Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in accordance with GAAP, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial plans, and forecasts while analyzing performance and recommending corrective actions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- CPA, CMA, or other advanced financial credential preferred
- 7-10 years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare finance
- Demonstrated ability to advise executive teams and lead financial strategy
