Senior Finance Director

Job Summary

Leading financial strategies for Above Market Commercialization and Central Medical, the full-time Senior Finance Director will manage multi-billion-dollar operating expenses, oversee FP&A capabilities, and collaborate with senior leadership to drive business performance and resource allocation decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a business partner to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with BMS objectives and resource allocation decisions
• Manage the end-to-end budget, projection, and financial close processes, providing in-depth analysis of financial performance
• Standardize reporting and analytics while collaborating with various Commercial and Finance stakeholder groups to optimize operational excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred
• At least twelve years of relevant finance experience in business planning, budgeting, and profitability analysis
• Strong FP&A skills with experience in orchestrating global processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships
• Ability to translate high-level strategy into actionable day-to-day operations
