Job Summary
To support the finance organization, the full-time Senior Finance Director will lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnership activities while driving operational excellence in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the VP, Finance and CFO to provide financial insights for strategic and operational decisions
- Lead company planning, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes in collaboration with the VP, Finance
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and management reporting, including KPI dashboards and board support materials
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles
- Proven FP&A leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS or software company
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and recurring revenue models
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
