Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support the build and expansion of a new U.S. plant, the contract Senior Finance Manager will manage controlling and financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own controlling and financial planning activities for the plant project, including budgeting and cost-control processes
• Execute cost analysis plans, including variance analysis and trend identification to forecast annual results
• Lead process improvement initiatives and manage complex projects independently while building cross-functional relationships

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance/controlling experience
• Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost variance analysis
• Proven track record in building out manufacturing or plant environments
• Experience owning end-to-end processes and leading complex projects independently
• Process improvement and process design experience
