Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Leading finance for the R&D organization, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting, partnering closely with engineering and product leadership to drive strategic decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance support for R&D departments, including annual planning, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Own the P&L process and analysis for R&D functions, focusing on headcount and operating expenses
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership, providing actionable recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
• Eight or more years of experience in FP&A or Engineering Finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS
• Experience partnering with engineering or product teams, with knowledge of cloud infrastructure cost drivers
• Proven leadership experience in a senior finance role with mentoring skills
• Expert proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions
