Job Summary

Leading MZLA's finance function, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis, and finance operations while managing a team and providing strategic financial insights in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, managing accounting, financial reporting, and tax operations
• Develop and manage the finance team, establishing priorities and accountability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support organizational decision-making

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in accounting, financial planning, and finance operations
• Significant experience in U.S. GAAP financial reporting and internal controls
• 5+ years of people management experience in finance or accounting
• Experience with subscription and technology-based revenue models
• Proven ability to improve financial reporting and data visualization processes
