Senior Finance Manager
Job Summary
Directing financial control activities for a global occupier account, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage the finance function, oversee the finance team, and ensure compliance with financial standards while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead financial management and oversight of budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow reporting
- Ensure high standards of financial control and implement appropriate systems and internal controls
- Identify risks and opportunities related to budgets and forecasts, providing strategic financial advice to the Account Director
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred
- 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, including 5 years in commercial property management
- 5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent
- Proficiency with real estate accounting systems, preferably Yardi
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with experience in financial modeling and expense analysis
