Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

Owning the company financial model, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage FP&A processes, lead budgeting efforts, and conduct financial analyses to support strategic decisions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the company's 5-year financial model, running scenario analyses as needed
• Oversee the monthly and quarterly FP&A cadence, including variance analysis and forecasting
• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department leaders to align budgets with the financial model

Required qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills with the ability to build financial models from scratch
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and core SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn)
• Experience running FP&A workflows, including variance analysis and budget vs. actuals reporting
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment where responsibilities evolve
