Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support financial health and operations of state-specific EPR programs, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis while collaborating with internal teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliation processes while developing internal tracking and reporting
• Develop financial models to evaluate EPR program performance and track cost ROIs linked to system performance metrics
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to state leadership on cash flow, revenue forecasts, and cost management

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in finance or accounting, focusing on financial planning & analysis and business operations finance
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial software systems such as Workday Financials
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
• Experience with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) or environmental sustainability programs is a plus
