Senior Finance Manager
Job Summary
To support Thunderbird's growth and evolving financial needs, the full-time remote Senior Finance Manager will lead the finance function, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, and finance operations while managing a finance team and providing strategic financial insights to leadership.
Key responsibilities
- Lead overall finance operations, including accounting, financial planning, and tax management
- Manage and develop the finance team, establishing priorities and accountability
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience in accounting and finance roles
- Significant experience in U.S. GAAP financial reporting and internal controls
- 5+ years of people management experience in a finance or accounting environment
- Proven ability to improve financial reporting and data visualization processes
- Experience with subscription and technology-based revenue models
