Senior Finance Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will oversee Financial Planning & Analysis and Treasury functions, driving strategic financial initiatives and providing critical insights to executive leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes, including the implementation of a financial planning platform
• Analyze financial and operational results to deliver actionable recommendations for enhancing profitability
• Prepare and present management reporting packages to executive leadership and the Board, ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA designation is highly desirable
• 7-10+ years of progressive experience in finance, focusing on FP&A and Treasury functions, preferably in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and compliance requirements
• Experience with audits and liaising with auditors
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities, particularly in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
