Senior Finance Manager, FP&A

Job Summary

Partnering closely with senior finance and business leaders, the full-time remote Senior Finance Manager, FP&A will manage essential financial planning processes, support business reviews, and oversee quarter-close activities to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage FP&A processes, including long-range planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reporting/forecasting
• Support senior finance leadership in preparing business reviews that identify key risks and opportunities
• Consolidate business-unit submissions into corporate-level budget and forecast files during the annual planning cycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
• 7+ years of related business experience in Finance (FP&A) with a proven track record of success
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle EPM, and Business Objects
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office applications
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple complex activities in a time-sensitive environment
