Senior Finance Operations Director

Job Summary

Supporting the strategy and vision established by the CEO, the full-time Senior Finance Operations Director will oversee finance and operations, manage payroll and invoicing, and partner with external consultants to ensure financial growth and efficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operations and finance, collaborating with the CEO and External Finance Consultant on sales forecasting and budget management
• Manage payroll, invoicing, accounts receivable, and cash flow while developing a weekly cash forecast
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide detailed financial reports and performance updates to the organization

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in finance and operations management
• Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Experience managing payroll and accounts payable/receivable
• Ability to work collaboratively with external financial consultants
• Experience in leading teams and fostering a growth-oriented work environment
