Senior Finance Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading accounts payable and billing and collections functions, the full-time Senior Finance Operations Manager will own the procure-to-pay and order-to-cash processes while managing teams across the US, Philippines, and Colombia in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring PO compliance and managing vendor payments across multiple entities
• Manage billing accuracy, cash application, and collections processes, particularly for large DSO accounts
• Design and implement controls over financial processes, delivering reconciliations and serving as the primary contact for auditors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of experience in general ledger or public accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership role in AP, AR, or finance shared services
• Hands-on knowledge of AP and AR transactions and their impact on the general ledger
• Experience in high transaction volume operational businesses, such as manufacturing or healthcare services
• Advanced skills in Excel and experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems
