Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational financial support, the full-time Senior Finance Partner will manage forecasting, financial reviews, and performance improvement initiatives while working remotely from the Eastern Standard Time Zone.
Key responsibilities:
- Facilitates quarterly and capital forecasting in partnership with operational leadership
- Leads monthly operating reviews, including variance reporting and corrective action plans
- Mentors other Finance Partners and collaborates with finance and operational teams to enhance financial acumen
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in financial analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to manage projects and lead teams
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
