Job Summary
Leading the strategy and optimization of core finance systems, the full-time Senior Finance Systems Manager will focus on enhancing the NetSuite environment and managing technical resources to drive efficiency and scalability in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Build and shape the Finance Systems function by defining roles, responsibilities, and growth paths
- Create scalable solutions for finance processes, methodologies, and tools, particularly in NetSuite
- Implement best practices for system configuration, data integrity, and user management across finance systems
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of leadership experience in finance systems management or project delivery
- 7+ years of experience with core finance systems, including General Ledger and Accounts Payable
- Significant hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration
- Strong understanding of system integrations and ability to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Experience in implementing or scaling finance systems to support business growth
