Senior Finance Transformation Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting global Finance Transformation initiatives, the full-time Senior Finance Transformation Analyst will focus on process optimization for R2R, P2P, and O2C Finance processes while partnering with Finance and Technology teams to ensure successful project delivery in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of Finance Transformation initiatives and process-specific implementation tasks
- Assist in process improvement activities through automation, standardization, and simplification
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and track project milestones
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, or Transformation
- Experience with ERP or Finance systems, preferably Workday
- Strong data analysis skills and project coordination abilities
- Basic understanding of Finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C exposure)
