Job Summary
Providing high-quality support for Banner Financial Aid customers, the full-time Senior Financial Aid Analyst will utilize strong analytical skills to troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with the Global Support Team in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver in-depth troubleshooting and problem-solving support for Banner Financial Aid and Financial Aid Self-Service product issues
- Document issues within the tracking system and monitor progress through resolution
- Maintain a solid understanding of Banner Financial Aid products and support California customers with specific state grant processing
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with Banner Financial Aid Admin and Self-Service products
- Strong understanding of Financial Aid terms and federal regulations
- Ability to write and troubleshoot complex SQL statements
- Experience in higher education financial aid
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills for functional and technical issues
