Job Summary
As a strategic partner in the Americas Sales Finance team, the full-time Senior Financial Analysis Manager will own financial oversight, lead annual operating plans, and provide executive insights to drive growth and productivity in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the Americas Sales Finance partnership, setting the financial agenda across topline growth, P&L performance, and investment tradeoffs
- Lead the annual operating plan, ensuring alignment of headcount, sales compensation, and resources with company strategy
- Provide financial leadership on deal economics and pricing decisions, balancing growth and profitability
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Finance or commercial finance roles with direct partnership to senior sales leadership
- Strong background in FP&A and Sales Finance within high-growth or technology-driven companies
- Deep understanding of sales dynamics, including territory planning and pipeline conversion
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and alignment in planning and reporting
- Experience leveraging AI and automation for efficient analysis and decision-making
