Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Financial Analysis and Reporting team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage M&A activities, prepare investor-facing materials, and drive improvements in financial processes while working remotely from the East or West Coast of the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead M&A and corporate development workstreams, including valuation and financial due diligence
• Prepare investor-facing materials such as monthly reports and Board presentations
• Own the annual budget and forecasts, maintaining financial models and conducting scenario analysis

Required qualifications

• Degree in finance, economics, management engineering, accounting, or equivalent; MBA, CFA, or CPA is a plus
• 6+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or FP&A, preferably in technology or media
• Hands-on M&A experience with valuation, deal models, and integration
• Advanced financial modeling skills and knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is a plus
• Proficiency in AI-assisted modeling and financial analytics, including SQL and automated workflows
