Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities remotely while developing advanced financial models and partnering with Finance leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within Workday Adaptive Planning
- Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reports to aid in strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial results and KPIs to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is strongly preferred
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data for business problem-solving
