Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial planning, budgeting, and expense analysis processes while enhancing internal financial reporting and collaborating with the Accounting team to provide forward-looking financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Support leadership with financial analysis, reporting, and planning needs across the company
- Own the annual planning and budgeting process, preparing financial projections and delivering management reporting
- Analyze monthly and quarterly results in partnership with the Accounting team, identifying trends and insights for senior management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, including at least 1 year in the insurance industry
- P&C Insurance industry experience and understanding of GAAP and SAP required
- Experience with advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-driven solutions
