Job Summary
Supporting a growing healthcare technology organization, the contract-to-hire Senior Financial Analyst will manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis while collaborating with finance leadership and cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial planning
- Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5-10 years of progressive FP&A/financial analysis experience
- 2+ years of SaaS experience strongly preferred
- Hands-on NetSuite experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
