Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support Shared Services teams, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage the month-end close process, deliver financial analysis, and provide budgeting and forecasting support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a trusted finance partner, delivering financial analysis covering revenue, labor, and expenses
• Manage the monthly close process, ensuring financial accuracy through accruals and reclassification entries
• Conduct variance analysis and reconciliations, providing insights and recommendations to management

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of applicable experience in finance or business analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing month-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and financial modeling
• Experience with ERP/financial systems and budgeting/forecasting tools is preferred
