Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the core financial operations of a growing multi-state healthcare startup, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage monthly close processes, financial reporting, and internal ROI analyses while collaborating cross-functionally with various departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the recurring components of the monthly close and collaborate with external accounting partners to maintain the close calendar
• Draft the monthly reporting package, including company and state-level P&Ls, to provide insights into business health
• Run ad hoc internal ROI analyses in partnership with business leaders to inform decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a comparable analytical finance role with a strong foundation in accounting principles
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and audit financial models
• Experience in healthcare, particularly in digital healthcare or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach to align participants with organizational strategy
• Familiarity with Netsuite, Claude & Claude for Excel, or BI tools like Lightdash is a plus
