Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the OptumRx Discount Reconciliation team, the part-time temporary Senior Financial Analyst will generate client discount reconciliations, interpret contracts, and analyze financial data while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Perform complex client pricing reconciliations through contract interpretation, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Interface with account management, contract management, pharmacy accounting, and legal teams to meet client contractual pricing commitments
• Prepare month-end and quarter-close business performance reports, including variance explanations and forward-looking performance estimates

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with contract interpretation and application of contractual agreements
• Solid analytic background with experience managing big data sets and financial modeling
• Proven experience using Microsoft Power BI, Databricks, and Tableau
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
