Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the full-time hybrid Senior Financial Analyst will manage financial planning and analysis, build strategic financial models, and deliver actionable insights while collaborating with various departments to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the creation and maintenance of annual budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and financial reporting
- Design and refine complex financial models to evaluate strategic initiatives and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor operational metrics and develop interactive Tableau dashboards to support cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Business Intelligence, or Financial Analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in building and maintaining dashboards in Tableau
- Hands-on experience with SQL and cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
- Familiarity with FP&A software such as Workday Adaptive Planning or similar tools
