Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Driving the transformation of financial planning and analysis, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage the forecasting and reporting cycle, own SaaS metrics, and prepare materials for board and investor communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the monthly forecast and budget-vs-actual cycle, providing variance commentary that explains underlying drivers
• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Aleph, the AI-native financial planning platform
• Analyze go-to-market metrics, including pipeline conversion and retention, while supporting board and investor reporting efforts

Required qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similarly analytical role
• Strong proficiency in building clean, auditable financial models with transparent assumptions
• Fluency in SaaS and company-level metrics and their driving factors
• Demonstrated ability to manage significant work independently across multiple projects
• Genuine curiosity about AI and a desire to integrate it into financial processes
