Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the FP&A for the Technology organization, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage the monthly forecast, conduct budget-versus-actuals analysis, and partner with leadership to optimize financial decisions in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Execute the monthly forecast for headcount costs, equity, and operating expenses
- Lead budget-versus-actuals analysis, identifying drivers and variances for leadership
- Prepare budget presentations and maintain detailed models for cloud and infrastructure spending
Required qualifications
- B.S. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A or a related analytic field
- Proficiency in building financial models and working with large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong command of forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance partners
