Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To drive financial and growth objectives, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage cost accounting policies, reporting, and profitability analysis while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct cost accounting policies and architect the cost accounting framework across business segments
• Deliver profitability analysis and support financial mechanics of intercompany arrangements
• Build financial models and manage aspects of the monthly close related to cost, including variance analysis and management reporting

Required qualifications

• 5-10 years of finance and/or accounting experience with hands-on cost accounting expertise
• Core FP&A or accounting experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced financial modeling skills and experience with large data sets
• Deep understanding of ERP or planning systems and cost allocation models
• Ability to explain financial results clearly to non-finance stakeholders
