Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support its Financial Planning and Analysis team, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will manage monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes remotely from the Montreal area, while collaborating with stakeholders and producing analytical reports for executive decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned workstreams within monthly financial reporting, annual budget, and forecast processes, ensuring integrity and meeting deadlines
• Analyze budget and forecast variances, preparing management reports and performance analyses in partnership with business stakeholders
• Prepare reports and dashboards, including SaaS KPIs, and contribute to process improvements related to financial systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a comparable finance function as a financial analyst
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to present findings clearly and influence decisions without formal authority
• Bilingual communication skills in English and French
• University degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
