Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and self-motivated, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will support the finance team by providing data analysis, preparing financial reports, and managing SQL code to deliver actionable insights in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a business partner with various internal and external stakeholders to support healthcare quality initiatives
• Prepare and deliver timely financial reports and regulatory documents while managing and validating data from multiple sources
• Utilize SQL to identify data trends and streamline processes for efficiency, enhancing decision-making for the leadership team

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SQL or other database query languages and/or financial planning and analysis
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level
• Hands-on experience with generative AI to improve productivity and automate tasks
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or related fields
• Must be located in the US
