Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
To support financial planning and analysis initiatives, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities while developing advanced financial models and dashboards in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support and enhance financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting capabilities within Workday Adaptive Planning
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models, dashboards, and reports to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights and improve forecasting accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-5+ years of finance or FP&A experience preferred
- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Workday Adaptive Planning experience is strongly preferred
- Highly analytical with the ability to leverage data for decision-making
