Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support strategic financial initiatives, the full-time remote Senior Financial Analyst will perform complex financial analysis, assist in budget preparation, and provide insights on business performance to guide decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts thorough financial analysis to evaluate company expenses, income, and trends, making recommendations for performance improvements
• Assists in preparing budgets and financial forecasts while monitoring departmental expenses to identify cost control opportunities
• Prepares detailed reports on the company's financial position and interprets various financial data for management decision-making

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Six years of related financial analysis experience
• Demonstrated ability to conduct cost-benefit and alternative analyses
• Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and mainframe accounting systems
• Strong knowledge of financial and operational planning processes and best practices
