Senior Financial Analyst
Job Summary
Providing strategic financial insights, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will analyze complex Epic data to support reimbursement strategies and organizational decision-making while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Performs complex financial analysis and develops financial models to support reimbursement strategies and business decision-making
- Collects, organizes, and analyzes financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Partners with internal and external stakeholders to validate assumptions and advance financial and reimbursement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience
- Experience analyzing contract rates and reimbursement methodologies in the health care industry
- Familiarity with Epic data and the Clarity data model
- Experience with Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments and data dictionaries
