Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To support the organization's strategic goals, the full-time Senior FP&A Analyst will manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis activities, including building complex financial models and preparing reports, in a hybrid work environment with minimal travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of financial data, including budget variances and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts while providing insights and recommendations
• Build complex financial models and prepare financial reports for senior management and stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 4 to 6 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with government contracting business (DoD or similar)
• Knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial reporting standards
