Senior Financial Analyst

Job Summary

To expand FP&A capacity, the full-time Senior Financial Analyst will own corporate financial planning and analysis, manage three-statement financial consolidation, and partner with various business leaders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the three-statement financial consolidation, including forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Participate in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and clarity of financial results
• Serve as a finance partner to Customer Success and G&A functions, supporting budget owners with planning and decision support

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in FP&A and 2+ years in P&L forecasting at a growth-stage SaaS company
• Experience with three-statement financial planning, including integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecasting
• Strong understanding of SaaS go-to-market motions and related financial metrics
• Advanced financial modeling skills, preferably in Google Sheets and Excel
• Hands-on experience with data reconciliation across systems (ERP, CRM, planning tools)
